Deadline for proposals – 5 pm 21st March 

Whitstable Biennale will host a series of showcases for new visual arts performance, the first of which will be held in the back room of The Ship Centurion pub in Whitstable on Wednesday 2nd April 2014 from 7:30 pm.The audience will consist of visual arts specialists alongside a non-arts audience.

Performers will be invited to take the stage for up to 15 minutes.

Proposals can be for a fully developed performance, or early ideas, still in development. Please email us a brief description (max. 500 words) outlining your idea. If you would like to submit supporting material, please send us a 1 page CV and images, or short film/film excerpt.

There is no artists fee, but we can reimburse your expenses. All performers will be invited to an artists’ night out during Whitstable Biennale 2014.
