Profile

The biennial was created with the aim of transforming Cali into the first open-air museum of Colombia, according to the guidelines of the Municipal Development Plan.

The organizers seek to beautify the city this initiative through the development of 75 murals that encourage social reconstruction in the city.

The development of Santiago de Cali, as a meeting of various ideologies, aesthetic, cultures and races, requires the City to take actions that locate as a cultural epicenter, this new project also seeks through Public Art, Heritage enrichment Cultural and involve citizens in the collective construction of a diverse and multicultural image of the city.
