What is an internship at the Manifesta Foundation?
Join Manifesta Foundation as an intern for fantastic learning experiences for students/graduates. By working within the international team you’ll gain a valuable insight into the structure of organising a biennial. It will also create opportunities to work on interesting projects and learn new practical skills.
The aim of the internship is to attract students or graduates to join Manifesta Foundation to gain more practical working experience in the field of contemporary art and biennials. The Foundation wants to offer these opportunities to those people who would benefit most from an internship at Manifesta both in terms of furthering their professional development and who, in return, would have a new and different perspective to bring to our work.
At the Manifesta Foundation are offered internships in a range of fields including communications, arts management, archiving, audience development, arts education and online publishing. The internship placements are for three or more months. It is also possible to arrange placements relating to specific projects for shorter periods.
