We, the ruru buitendienst, are happy to invite you to Editorial LIVE!, a mini-symposium that celebrates and concludes Editorial (July 1015-September 2016), the research and publishing leg of the ruru huis. Editorial includes the publication series Karbon Arnhem Files, ruru huis radioand the ruru buitendienst, a research group that explores public space as a site for alternative ways of living and coming together, as well as a growing community of friends.

With Editorial LIVE!, we aim to give insight into the development of the programme, the activities we have undertaken this past year and the relationships we have built. We will not only look back at various public moments, but also at the things that happened behind the scenes and that are usually left unseen, from email conversations to budgets, from gatherings to friendships. The central themes of the day are the notion of invisible labour and the current art world fetish of visibility, which we explore by means of a series of conversations with invited speakers, talks, artistic interventions, snacks and a dinner picnic. Please find the detailed program of Editorial LIVE! here.

Reservations are appreciated. Please RSVP by responding to the Facebook event here. The event will be in English.
